Our History

The Brian S. Nielson, PLLC law office was founded on May 1^st of the year 2004 by Brian S. Nielson.

Brian was born and raised in Southern California.  During his undergraduate studies he attended Brigham Young University and received a B.A. in Russian Language  and Literature with a minor in Business. 

He then attended the John Marshall Law School, graduating in January 2003.  As a law student, Brian was a member and on the Editorial Board of the John Marshall Law Review and was also on the Jessup International Moot Court Team.  While in law school, Brian found that he prefers to work where he can be proactive in creating solutions, rather than reactive to whatever may be happening.  Working with client to create Estate & Business Plans is a very rewarding area to be proactive.

Brian is  licensed to practice law in Colorado. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and WealthCounsel.

 

My best friend, and strongest support, is Sara, my wife of 7 years.  We have 3 children, ages 10mo- 6yrs.

We hope to extend our personalized quality service to families and individuals by providing conveniently located satellite offices throughout the eastern slope of Colorado.
